Dr. Douglas Kuehl (rhymes with "heal") was born in Prairie du Chein, Wisconsin, and grew up in a small town in Iowa, in the heart of the Midwest. At age 18, he joined the United States Marine Corps, where he served our country proudly. While in the Marines, he developed severe pain and stiffness in his neck for which he sought treatment from the military's various physicians and hospitals.
Their typical therapy included medication that proved ineffective, so he eventually sought chiropractic treatment on his own, and was so impressed with the results, he decided to become a chiropractor after finishing his four year term. He soon attended one of the oldest and best chiropractic colleges in the country, Palmer, in Davenport Iowa, where he graduated with honors in 1994. A year later, Dr. Kuehl started his private practice in Henderson, Nevada where he has served the area's chiropractic patients for the past 14 years. Today, Dr. Kuehl is licensed to practice in Iowa, Arizona and Nevada, offering the latest advances in chiropractic care, treatment and therapy.
